  • Meal prepping!!! Makes life much easier once the baby comes! Lots of work, but a real lifesaver to have prepared food once the baby has arrived!

  • Don't deflate the exercise ball after delivery! It's good to rock the baby on!

  • Support system!!! Very important! Family/friends coming by for an hour to help with anything that needs to be done. Great for physical and emotional support.
